Thanks peeps. Will be leaving in the morning so off air tomorrow, flying to New York and staying overnight before flying on down to Orlando - so probably not going to check in with you all (after this evening) until Wednesday some time . . . . We will miss you too Mrs K. Have a safe trip. I hear they've got loads of snow in New York so I'm sure you're glad to only be there for one night. Brrrrrr. I think I might put off sneaking into your suitcase until you get to the Florida bit of your journey. I don't think I fancy a night on the tarmac in the freezy fruzz.....

 

I remember Chorlton and the Wheelies. I remember all those actually. I used to love the music on Roobarb and Custard....mad! I guess we're all just big kids are heart. What about The Herbs (Herbidacious!) "I'm Bayleaf I'm the Gardener; I work from early dawn. You'll find me sweeping up the leaves and tidying the lawn...." My two used to love Rosie and Jim (chugging along on the old Rag Doll), Tots TV (I'm a tot, je suis un tot; Tilly Tom and Tiny, we're the tots from Tots TV, 123), Fireman Sam (I love Fireman Sam SO much....."these pince mies are very good you know...."). I quite miss all those....awwww.....get me some little blue pills someone...sniff, sniff...!

 

Pippin was Come Outside wasn't she Karen? I used to love that one too. Its all coming back to me now.... It had Nurse Gladys Emmanuelle from Open All Hours in too didn't it....can't think of her real name. Ahhh, them were the days.....

 

Its a grey old day here and VERY VERY cold.  Bleugh!

Hello, where am I? Which planet? Have we been invaded by miniature Laurens?? HELP!!!!!!!

Maybe it's "SnowLauren's"!!!! I am SOOOOOO not looking forward to the New York leg of our journey. Fortunately, we know what Newark is like and this is why we opted for an overnight stay instead of fretting about a connection!! They are also way more geared up for snow than we are so we shouldn't have tooooo much trouble (hopefully). At least a quick phone call to the car hire company if we're going to be delayed should prevent a problem when we arrive in Orlando - perhaps I SHOULD pack a 2nd change of clothes just in case! Of course, if I do that, there won't be any "over there" for Lauren to squeeze in to - sorry Lauren!

 

Oh yes, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kylie - hope the card's arrived safely - should have I sent it long enough ago!!!
