You can ask us at any time about the personal data we may hold about you by writing to the Data Compliance Officer, Origin Publishing Limited, 9th Floor, Tower House, Fairfax Street, Bristol, BS1 3BN.  We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, within 40 days - although we will ask you for proof of your identity to enable us to comply with our policies on identity fraud.  We may make a charge for this information of the statutory amount of £10.  Thereafter you may have the data erased, rectified or amended.
